What you will do

• Audit patient support interactions across email, chat, and calls to ensure quality and empathy standards.
• Produce weekly QA reports for Team Leads, highlighting trends and coaching opportunities.
• Analyze support metrics and QA results to identify process gaps and propose actionable improvements.
• Maintain and optimize support macros, templates, and workflows for scalability.
• Partner with Learning and Knowledge Management teams to design and deliver effective training.
• Capture and share patient sentiment and quality risks with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in quality control within a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with frontline specialists and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x per week on-site) in Makati.
• Proven ability to assess tone, empathy, and communication quality in support interactions.
