What you will do

• Drive product development through high standards for ideation and execution.
• Design and build interactive prototypes that reflect real workflows and production implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's Design System to facilitate cohesive experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bridge the gap between design concepts and shipped features.
• Engage directly with customers to translate technical insights into intuitive platform improvements.
• Shape the practice and workflows of Design Engineering within the broader organization.

Requirements

• Documented experience working in a SaaS environment as a Product Designer or Design Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with React, Tailwind, and Vite.
• Capability in standard design tools such as Figma.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate them to various stakeholders.
• High empathy and effective communication skills suitable for a remote-first, high-trust environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of the DevOps field and CI/CD tools.
• Experience incorporating AI into design or development processes.
