TL;DR

Senior Frontend Platform Engineer (React/Fintech): Architecting the core operational platform for the CX team to replace third-party low-code solutions with an accent on scalable frontend architecture, modular decoupling, and secure data aggregation. Focus on building performant internal tools, implementing RBAC, and enhancing developer experience within a monorepo.

Location: Currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup in Argentina (Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Parana)

What you will do

  • Architect and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem for CX operational modules.
  • Design secure intermediary layers to aggregate data and enforce RBAC rules.
  • Establish technical patterns and scaffolding to improve Developer Experience (DX) and minimize regressions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational workflows into efficient technical solutions.
  • Mentor the team by championing best practices in frontend architecture and code quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced environments.
  • English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher required for technical communication.
  • Advanced expertise in React (internals, hooks) and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
  • Proven track record of designing scalable frontend routing, state management, and bundle optimization.
  • Ability to design secure API integration layers using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with Git strategies and CI/CD pipelines for frontend ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Core Frontend or Platform Enablement teams.
  • Background building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
  • Experience with distributed frontend architectures and complex Monorepo setups.
  • Work experience in regulated sectors like Fintech or Healthcare.
