What you will do

• Develop web applications following the latest web standards and leading-edge front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet performance targets across mobile and desktop.
• Own the development process and ensure alignment with the technical architecture established by the Tech Lead.
• Implement complex user and business requirements through multiple development activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation according to capability guidelines and best practices.
• Debug complex issues and provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end experience with expert proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern CSS (Modules, styled-components), semantic HTML, and responsive design.
• Experience with build tools (Vite, Webpack), Git, and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA) and SEO fundamentals.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Proficiency with LLMs, Pydantic, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
