What you will do

• Ship production-grade reference implementations, plugins, and tools to solve real problems.
• Represent the technical vision of the platform in public through talks, workshops, and high-signal content.
• Engage directly with the community to triage edge cases and provide technically precise support.
• Turn real customer use cases into compelling technical stories and proof of platform value.
• Design pathways to nurture power users, maintainers, and community advocates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate community feedback into actionable platform improvements.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with deep fluency in CI/CD systems.
• Proven track record of operating production systems and shipping durable technical assets.
• Must be comfortable in a public-facing role with a strong instinct for community trust.
• Exceptional technical communication skills with an ability to write and explain complex systems with precision.
• Must be authorized to work and reside within the United States.
• High-agency approach to problem-solving and experience working asynchronously in a high-trust environment.

• Experience building or maintaining CI platforms, dev tooling, or infrastructure at scale.
