What you will do

• Structure engineering workstreams and maintain steady development velocity across global teams.
• Contribute to high-level architecture decisions and ensure system scalability and maintainability.
• Recruit and scale a high-quality engineering team across China, the US, and Europe.
• Establish structured hiring processes and technical interview standards.
• Coordinate with product and research leadership to resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks.
• Oversee engineering standards through active participation in code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams.
• Ability to structure complex workstreams and ensure project delivery.
• Strong judgment in technical decision-making and system design trade-offs.
