TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK

Compensation: £55,000–£85,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the brand identity and visual systems specifically for the UK market.
  • Develop creative campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and adoption.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Partner with growth and product teams to align visuals with strategic business objectives.
  • Establish efficient creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Utilize data and market trends to optimize creative performance across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership.
  • Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and maintain high design standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Direct experience building or localizing brands for the UK consumer.
