What you will do

• Build and scale secure, high-performance systems for the payment platform.
• Develop fullstack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to deliver high-impact features.
• Influence technical direction and product strategy as a key senior engineer.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the engineering culture.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges in a dynamic and innovative startup environment.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Singapore.
• Proficiency in modern backend development and fullstack systems.
• Strong background in building scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless infrastructure.
• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain development.
