Full Stack Lead (Node.js/.NET)

Location: On-site in Singapore. This role supports Singapore Government projects and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training Programme. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply; candidates requiring work pass sponsorship will not be considered.

What you will do

• Lead developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure backend services with Node.js and/or .NET.
• Oversee responsive frontend development using React, Angular, Vue.js, or comparable frameworks.
• Translate customer business requirements into practical technical solutions in collaboration with project and delivery teams.
• Integrate backend and frontend services through RESTful APIs and manage application deployments to cloud environments.
• Lead code reviews, troubleshoot full-stack issues, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor developers and act as a technical point of contact during customer discussions, presentations, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or .NET and experience with at least one modern frontend framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, service development, databases, Git, and agile delivery.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, and development tasks.
• Strong communication, presentation, team leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Legal right to work in Singapore and eligibility for the required security clearance are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Willingness to obtain relevant technical certifications and continuously learn new technologies.
