What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.
• Track operational metrics, develop expansion strategies, and forecast capacity needs.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and build frameworks for monitoring store partner performance.
• Improve the Data Focused Agentic Layer and implement machine learning solutions at scale.
• Develop A/B testing tooling and implement attribution models to optimize marketing ROI.
• Build self-serve data capabilities to empower internal business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with visualization and orchestration tools like Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, or Airflow.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, big data technologies, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Agentic Tooling such as Claude, Jules, or Codex.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to drive observability and data quality frameworks to maintain stakeholder trust.
• Experience in implementing machine learning models and segmentation frameworks.
