What you will do

• Lead architecture design and integration strategy for complex healthcare ecosystems.
• Conduct audits of client systems and translate business pain points into technical solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales and discovery phases as a subject matter expert.
• Transform functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Document architectural designs and present them to stakeholders.
• Guide engineering teams during the implementation stage and perform code and process reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must have deep expertise in healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and EHR system integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech, or Allscripts/Veradigm.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders and document technical requirements.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PACS systems.
• Background in team leadership or project management.
