What you will do

• Develop and maintain integration APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement EHR integrations, specifically focusing on EPIC, HAPI (FHIR & HL7 v2), and CDS Hooks.
• Manage application deployment and infrastructure within the AWS cloud environment.
• Ensure secure data exchange utilizing REST APIs, OAuth, JWT, and webhooks.
• Collaborate closely with internal development teams and external project stakeholders.
• Maintain high code quality standards and comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of building integration APIs (REST, OAuth, JWT, webhooks).
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services including API management and message queues.
• Practical experience with EPIC EHR APIs, FHIR, and HL7 v2 protocols.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required for daily communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for team and management interaction.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CDS Hooks.
• Previous experience in clinical decision support or MedTech projects.
