What you will do

• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation maps.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide transparent reporting on progress, and manage expectations across various departments.
• Proactively identify potential risks or "scope creep" and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and undergo proper review before final implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within a corporate or technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in standard project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

• Payment Systems: A baseline understanding of transaction processing, payment gateways, or financial workflows.
