What you will do
- Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring for support analysts in the automation and solutions team.
- Oversee and prioritize third-line support incidents to ensure efficient resolution.
- Plan and execute improvement projects, system deployments, and upgrades following change control processes.
- Design and maintain standardized processes and configurations to reduce variation.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify sources of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology owners to drive innovation and optimize solution efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of support management experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in second and third-line technical support.
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with M365, including PowerApps and SharePoint Online.
- Proven experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and data structures like SQL Server or Dataverse.
- Proficiency in pro-code solutions including React, C#, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, services, and security controls within a Microsoft ecosystem.
Nice to have
- Previous line management experience.
- Experience in SharePoint administration and Camunda.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification or Camunda certification.
- Experience working with service integrators or 3rd party development teams.
