What you will do

• Define IC architecture and create comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Align interfaces between analog and digital design and the external system.
• Collect and evaluate design requirements in collaboration with product architects and partners.
• Estimate block sizes and development efforts for assigned work packages.
• Apply risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes.
• Support ASIC suppliers with synthesis, post-layout simulations, and technical reviews.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in automotive product development.
• Extensive experience in analog and digital IC design and testing.
• Deep knowledge of high-voltage analog CMOS and BCD technologies.
• Business fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in EDA tools and simulation environments.
