What you will do

• Prepare and execute comprehensive UAT test scenarios and maintain formal documentation.
• Validate retroactive payroll accuracy and complex expat calculations within the SAP environment.
• Test the functionality of automated contract templates and mass document generation rules.
• Support go-live cut-over activities and manage bug-fixing during implementation phases.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer by finalizing user manuals and leading training workshops.

Requirements

• Strong background in user acceptance testing and QA methodologies.
• Experience with payroll validation processes or SAP HCM systems.
• Ability to verify complex financial calculations and compliance requirements.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary as the primary work location for this role.
