What you will do

• Bridge business requirements with user acceptance testing execution.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to track and resolve defects within agile timelines.
• Perform comprehensive functional and data testing on software applications.
• Monitor KPIs, manage quality reviews, and generate testing status reports.
• Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies, including planning and retrospectives.
• Support continuous improvement of quality engineering capabilities and knowledge management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proficiency in functional, data, and API testing techniques.
• Ability to work extensively with databases, specifically SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
• Background in financial or insurance industries is preferred.
• Strong command of English for stakeholder collaboration.
