What you will do

• Execute high-quality internal audit testing in accordance with global standards and internal methodologies.
• Perform control testing and identify anomalies in large datasets using data analytics tools like SQL and Python.
• Assist in all phases of planned audits, including planning, fieldwork, and remediation validation.
• Draft audit results and communicate operational and risk impacts to business stakeholders.
• Research industry-related topics to deepen technical knowledge of financial services, fintech, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate audit scope, and develop mitigating management plans.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or adjacent regulated industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in articulating complex issues clearly and maintaining successful professional relationships.
• Ability to adapt traditional banking audit knowledge to the rapidly evolving crypto-native environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• CIA or related professional certifications.
