What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing risk analysts by setting clear goals, priorities, and SLAs.
- Manage daily onboarding operations, including workflow coordination and resource optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on complex risk escalations and high-stakes decision-making.
- Document and improve risk management procedures to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
- Oversee quality assurance reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Customer Support teams to enhance risk strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- 4+ years of experience in risk management or financial crime within the payments industry.
- 2+ years of professional team leadership experience.
- Strong familiarity with the specific risk profiles of SaaS, software, and Generative AI.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience in Merchant Acquiring or E-Commerce sectors.
