What you will do

• Execute and own end-to-end KYC due diligence reviews for new prospects and institutional clients.
• Apply specialized institutional KYC requirements to both traditional and crypto-native client types.
• Identify process gaps, navigate roadblocks, and manage competing priorities under strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track pipeline progress and deliver timely reviews.
• Participate in team calls to understand processes and contribute to the broader institutional mission.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience performing institutional due diligence reviews for investment managers, funds, or banks.
• Demonstrated ability to perform AML/Non-AML research using various public and proprietary resources.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in high-stakes compliance environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team projects and provide guidance in client-facing roles.

• Experience with crypto-native institutional KYC requirements.
