What you will do

• Develop and implement compliance monitoring and testing frameworks as a second line of defense.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties including regulators and auditors.
• Evaluate compliance risks for business activities and provide strategic advice.
• Lead projects and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Stay current on global and local regulatory developments affecting the ecosystem.
• Contribute to knowledge management regarding risk typologies and evolving regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or financial crime compliance (FCC).
• At least 1 year of experience in a compliance/FCC monitoring and testing environment.
• University degree in a related field.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and judgment skills.
• Understanding of FCC processes, technology, and industry developments.

Nice to have

• ACAMS or ACFCS certification.
