What you will do
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of complex .NET solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship, establish best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure system quality.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into architecture.
- Design and maintain scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, focusing on Azure cloud infrastructure and Terraform automation.
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and streamline deployment cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Must be willing and available to work on-site in Brussels.

- Knowledge of Dutch.
