What you will do

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of complex .NET solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship, establish best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure system quality.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into architecture.
• Design and maintain scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Lead DevOps initiatives, focusing on Azure cloud infrastructure and Terraform automation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and streamline deployment cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Must be willing and available to work on-site in Brussels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch.
