What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of print and digital marketing creative projects.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of direct mail, newsletters, and e-marketing collateral.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between members, marketing managers, and vendors.
- Execute quality assurance checks to ensure brand alignment and accuracy across all materials.
- Process member orders through accounting software to support operational workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders via phone and email to facilitate project execution.
Requirements
- Residency in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area required.
- Ability to work in-office as part of a hybrid schedule.
- Exceptional time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Experience with Workamajig, Salesforce, Great Plains (GP), or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience collaborating with internal clients to gather project requirements.
