What you will do

• Act as the primary preparer for stablecoin-related accounting activities, including recording customer flows and issuance/redemption entries.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and conduct fluctuation analyses to ensure general ledger balances match financial statements.
• Prepare monthly stablecoin reserve reports and support independent auditor attestation processes.
• Support the implementation of accounting software to streamline closing processes and automation.
• Contribute to SOX compliance, SEC reporting, and audit activities.
• Document processes to enable data engineering teams to design effective automation solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or crypto/stablecoin-specific accounting.
• Prior experience with monthly stablecoin attestations and performing data-intensive reconciliations.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying large data sets.
• Strong expertise in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex accounting issues under ambiguity.

• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
