What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade crypto brokerage systems.
• Own end-to-end feature development from architecture through deployment.
• Optimize system performance and operational efficiency through refactoring.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in system design sessions and technical code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade services.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, or the UK.
