What you will do

• Design and build AI-ready data architectures leveraging hirify.global One and platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Convert complex analytics workflows into scalable, deployable solution patterns for reuse.
• Deliver lighthouse customer deployments, taking projects from pilot to production within 90 days.
• Partner with systems integrators and consultants to enable independent partner-led delivery.
• Provide structured product feedback based on live production deployments to influence the roadmap.
• Create comprehensive documentation and playbooks to ensure solution scalability and long-term viability.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience building production data or analytics systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA, as this role involves U.S. export-controlled technology.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers in a technical, field-facing capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for writing production-grade workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data governance, and infrastructure costs.
