What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Professional Services Architects and Team Leads.
• Provide executive-level oversight for complex, high-risk enterprise customer implementations.
• Standardize architectural practices and design review governance across the organization.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to align delivery strategy with enterprise account plans.
• Drive operational performance metrics, including capacity planning and resource strategy.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, Florida, Southern California, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or professional services.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures and cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale projects and influence scoping/risk management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
