What you will do

• Create and optimize complex gameplay-driven, ambient, and cinematic visual effects.
• Collaborate with Art, Design, and Creative teams to maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
• Implement VFX from prototype to final delivery, ensuring seamless integration.
• Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback to elevate the quality of game effects.
• Follow best pipeline practices for content creation and performance optimization across target platforms.

Requirements

• Proven game VFX experience with a showreel demonstrating high-quality real-time content.
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine, specifically Niagara, and advanced materials.
• Ability to create original textures and 3D assets using Blender, Substance, and Photoshop.
• Strong command of VFX fundamentals including timing, shape language, weight, and motion.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Embergen, Illugen, or Houdini.
• Skills in Lighting, Animation, Concept Art, or Blueprint.
• Experience with shipped titles within a professional game art production pipeline.
