What you will do

• Create AAA-standard 3D assets (hard surface and organic) aligning with artistic vision and technical requirements.
• Implement assets into game engines, ensuring correct configuration and performance optimization.
• Develop assets from concept art and mood boards using high-to-low poly and trim sheet workflows.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to deliver content supporting gameplay goals.
• Mentor other artists, providing constructive feedback and sharing knowledge.
• Improve art pipelines and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Maya or 3ds Max, Substance Designer/Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio of hard surface and organic environment, prop, or character assets.
• Solid understanding of real-time game development and PBR materials.
• Experience with UV layouts, color theory, and trim sheet workflows.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
