What you will do

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models specifically for text and voice analysis.
• Work on complex time-series and sequential modeling problems, applying techniques like windowing and decay.
• Build and evolve ML pipelines to support continuous experimentation and reliable production deployment.
• Own feature engineering, labeling strategies, and performance evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL processes, data quality, and model registries.
• Mentor engineering staff and influence modeling approaches across the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Applied Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of building and owning production ML models.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of time-series or sequential modeling techniques.
• Must be located in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, or Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience working with streaming or near-real-time data.
• Familiarity with Spark or Kafka data frameworks.
• Experience working with voice or audio data.
