What you will do

• Design and architect distributed protocols focused on security and high performance.
• Write, deploy, and maintain smart contracts for production environments.
• Establish and own best practices for protocol upgrades and versioning across various networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams on user-facing applications.
• Mentor engineers in advanced Solidity and EVM topics.
• Stay current with evolving Solidity releases and emerging security threats.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on smart contract development with production deployment experience.
• BS/BA in Computer Science.
• Extreme proficiency with Solidity and EVM.
• Proven ability to design distributed protocols and high-traffic smart contract systems.
• Experience working in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing protocols with significant Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Proven track record as a founder or builder of successful side projects.
