What you will do

• Set the direction for anti-fraud initiatives and reduce false positives.
• Manage a team of 5, setting clear goals and fostering professional development through 1-on-1 coaching.
• Own the risk department roadmap and strategy to align with business growth.
• Structure complex fraud issues into actionable tasks for engineering and data teams.
• Communicate progress and KPI movements to leadership, building data-backed business cases for new tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in project and stakeholder management.
• Experience in risk, fraud, trust and safety, or similar operational roles.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and evaluate impact.
• Ability to work in an evolving environment where processes require active shaping.
• Coaching capability to develop team members and identify performance gaps.
