What you will do
- Lead senior client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor for retail and commerce workstreams.
- Design and implement end-to-end connected commerce and marketplace strategies.
- Drive revenue expansion by identifying new opportunities and supporting new business pitches.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including strategy, activation, and analytics to ensure delivery excellence.
- Oversee financial operations, governance, and commercial reporting for assigned accounts.
- Support internal capability building, team recruitment, and the development of performance culture.
Requirements
- Extensive understanding of the commerce landscape, including Amazon, retail media networks, and digital marketplaces.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.
- Advanced commercial acumen with experience in building business cases and navigating commercial negotiations.
- Strong background in digital shelf optimization, paid search, and retail media strategies.
- Must be UK-based and hold the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
