What you will do
- Lead planning projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary interface for clients.
- Oversee daily account management to ensure campaign processes follow best practice and maintain accuracy.
- Partner with the Senior Associate Director to provide strategic guidance and day-to-day account direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to deliver integrated communication and media strategies.
- Provide mentorship and development support to planners and executive-level staff.
- Build and sustain strong, trusted partnerships that drive growth for client brands.
Requirements
- Proven management and client relationship skills.
- Significant experience in leading teams and managing account-level project workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering instructions and feedback.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, delegate tasks, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
