What you will do

• Develop GenAI solutions utilizing Mosaic AI Research techniques to address complex customer challenges.
• Manage the production rollout of internal and consumer-facing GenAI applications.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across various industry domains.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape strategic initiatives and influence the product roadmap.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in building production-grade GenAI applications using RAG, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with deployment platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy, pandas, and PyTorch.
