What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and map high-value AI opportunities for internal support teams.
• Build and iterate on AI agents and workflow automations using tools like n8n and Copilot Studio.
• Ensure technical solutions integrate securely and effectively with internal enterprise systems and CRMs.
• Upskill internal teams on AI effective use through playbooks, coaching, and reusable patterns.
• Maintain expertise in modern AI approaches including RAG, MCP servers, and GPT-based assistants.
• Collaborate with IT and developers to overcome technical bottlenecks and scale automated solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, business process improvement, or operations consulting.
• Applied knowledge of AI and NLP technologies including LLMs, RAG, and AI agent patterns.
• Hands-on experience building automations with n8n, Copilot Studio, or similar orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in API integrations, JSON, and basic scripting/debugging.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into clear success metrics and AI use cases.
• Must be based in the USA.
