TL;DR

Data and Reporting Analyst: Creating and managing reports related to the Tech & Services business, including KPI & SLA reporting and trend analysis, with an accent on customer reporting and service portfolio activities. Focus on collaborating with IT to ensure adherence to data governance and reporting frameworks and championing data stewardship.

Location: Manchester, Marlow. Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Contribute to the reporting framework and collaborate to implement it across various parts of the business.
• Work closely with IT teams to develop tools and technical capabilities.
• Work with the Customer Experience team to deliver and improve reporting capabilities for customers.
• Produce reports to support operational, tactical, and strategic audiences, including audit, compliance, and service portfolio activities.
• Proactively manage reporting, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues, collaborating with other teams where required.

Requirements

• Experience and technical understanding of ServiceNow, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Report creation and data modeling experience in PowerBI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify trends and insights from data.
• Experience in data modeling, creating visualizations, and data storytelling is desirable.
• Ideally ITIL Foundation level qualified.
• Hold or be eligible to gain SC clearance.
