What you will do

• Analyse authorisation rates, declines, retries, recovery, and issuer responses.
• Investigate performance patterns across regions, payment methods, and user journeys.
• Build and maintain trusted dashboards for core payments KPIs.
• Monitor performance and proactively flag risks or optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or a related domain.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Able to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
