Salary: $139,200 – $208,800 per year

What you will do

• Help customers define and meet their technical and business requirements using hirify.global products.
• Lead and manage technical POCs and pilot programs to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage with technical teams, including architects, developers, and C-level experts.
• Present hirify.global technology to customers, highlighting competitive advantages and business impact.
• Provide actionable feedback to internal Product and R&D teams to influence product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally within database engineering.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
• Proven experience working with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
