Salary: $180,656 – $248,360 USD

What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize data use cases for high-impact customer projects.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work and define technical deliverables.
• Guide strategic clients through big data project implementations, 3rd party migrations, and AI application deployments.
• Consult on end-to-end architecture design and facilitate customer evaluation and adoption of hirify.global technologies.
• Provide escalated operational support and bridge communication between clients and internal engineering/support teams.
• Travel to customer sites for approximately 20% of the time to support project delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala.
• Experience with at least two major cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep expertise in distributed computing using Apache Spark, including runtime internals.
• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
• Experience managing technical project scope, timelines, and client stakeholder relationships.
