What you will do
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent consulting engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, aligning solutions to business objectives.
- Own engagement health, including scope, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Manage, coach, and mentor consulting team members.
- Own project financials, including forecasting, utilization, and margin performance.
- Partner with sales and solution teams to support pre sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagements.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise scale solutions.
- Strong client facing communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to being our federal group and relevant system access points.
Nice to have
- Experience leading consulting engagements for enterprise commercial customers.
- Background in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud based solutions.
- Familiarity with customer success, adoption frameworks, or value realization models.
- Experience standardizing delivery approaches, frameworks, reusable engagement models.
