An international fintech company operating as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) that delivers end-to-end payment infrastructure to B2B clients worldwide.

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes to increase organizational efficiency.
• Design and implement workflows that facilitate seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution of all operational initiatives.
• Identify operational blockers and proactively take action to resolve them.
• Manage team communication, document outcomes, and ensure clarity on next steps.
• Develop and maintain structured task management practices to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations or project management.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to design efficient workflows and improve organizational processes.
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional team environments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Riga, Latvia.
