Project Manager (Fintech)

Competitive compensation — $2,500 - $3,500/month + year end bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional projects between IT, product, and operations teams
• Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
• Oversee and optimize workflows and internal communication processes
• Conduct regular project updates and performance reviews
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and resource challenges
• Ensure clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in fintech or financial SaaS)
• Proven experience managing teams up to 25 people
• Strong understanding of IT project coordination and agile principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Both English and Russian languages required (written and verbal)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar)

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of accounting or compliance processes
