Salary: $63,000–$106,000 USD

What you will do
- Coach and empower agile teams to improve productivity and predictability.
- Remove impediments and mitigate technical collisions to ensure seamless delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners to clarify vision and strategy while driving outcome-focused decisions.
- Champion Agile and Lean innovations within the global Scrum Chapter.
- Foster a safe, collaborative environment that encourages feedback loops and continuous improvement.
- Support cross-functional squads in delivering high-quality software frequently.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Must hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential.
- Must reside within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean frameworks and their application.
- Proven ability to foster trust, resolve conflicts, and drive team momentum without command-and-control tactics.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and transparent collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience working with hybrid or remote distributed product teams.
- Data-driven approach to measuring squad health and performance.
- Understanding of multiple development frameworks (Waterfall, Kanban, etc.).
- Personal background or empathy for the sports industry.
