What you will do

• Own and evolve the global feature engineering platform that powers risk decisions and models.
• Design and improve feature definitions with stakeholders to enhance the predictive power of risk assessments.
• Architect data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and real-time serving.
• Implement quality and observability, including alerts, dashboards, and canary releases.
• Design systems that integrate with the internal AI tooling ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong experience in owning mission-critical data pipelines and serving systems (batch, streaming, API).
• Proficiency with Python, Spark, and Kafka.
• Expertise in data modeling and translating complex business requirements into robust pipelines.
• Proven ability to ship in time-boxed phases and manage projects autonomously.
• Clear communication skills for stakeholder and peer collaboration.
• Curiosity for AI-assisted development tools like LLMs, Copilot, or Cursor.
