What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end sanctions screening operations and regulatory obligations for the US business.
• Execute obligations under Section 314(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act and ensure timely FinCEN compliance.
• Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and partner banks to ensure performance standards.
• Lead complex or sensitive investigations and resolve operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to enhance internal controls and documentation.
• Continuously optimize operational workflows to adapt to changing regulatory environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sanctions screening or financial crime compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations and US sanctions frameworks.
• Familiarity with Section 314(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act and FinCEN requirements.
• Experience managing outsourced vendor relationships or partner bank interactions.
• Ability to document complex decisions accurately under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting audits or regulatory examinations.
• Knowledge of adverse media screening and OSINT practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CGSS or CAMS-FCI.
