What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls.
  • Evaluate customer needs to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
  • Manage and resolve complaints efficiently within established time limits.
  • Perform identification approval processes for the exchange platform.
  • Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Engage proactively with users to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
  • Strong IT literacy to handle technical customer queries.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Multilingual capabilities beyond English and German.
