What you will do
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls.
- Evaluate customer needs to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
- Manage and resolve complaints efficiently within established time limits.
- Perform identification approval processes for the exchange platform.
- Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage proactively with users to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
- Strong IT literacy to handle technical customer queries.
- Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
