What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and high-performance APIs.
• Build and optimize database schemas and complex data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define API contracts and data structures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer code reviews.
• Debug production issues and implement robust, long-term technical solutions.
• Monitor application performance and scalability to ensure high-quality, secure deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in back-end development.
• Strong expertise in back-end technologies, system architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in French and English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with databases, message queues, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Commitment to software craftsmanship, TDD, and CI/CD methodologies.
