What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market solution themes tied to pipeline targets.
• Represent technical credibility in media, panels, and C-suite client relationships.
• Embed AI and automation into all practice solution messaging and delivery models.
• Lead solution shaping for complex strategic pursuits, including pricing and contract structuring.
• Manage alliance portfolios with hyperscalers and specialist AI vendors to drive co-sell opportunities.
• Direct solution architects and innovation initiatives, including PoCs and AI use-case backlogs.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in solution architecture or commercial technology leadership within IT consulting.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-year engagements in M&E or adjacent sectors.
• Strong expertise in architecting AI, ML, and generative AI solutions alongside cloud and data engineering.
• Deep understanding of media transformation, advertising operations, and sports data platforms.
• Excellent influencer with demonstrated success in board-level presentations and relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Experience scaling propositions across global geographies including UK, CEE, and Americas.
