What you will do

• Design, document, and oversee the implementation of IT solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for developers and business analysts.
• Maintain technical standards and tools including Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted development platforms.
• Lead Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning and continuous delivery improvements.
• Manage operational incident resolution and ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
• Coach and mentor team members while deputizing for the Software Services Manager as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Strong background in providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD governance.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Experience maintaining architecture documentation and technical standards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Norwich, United Kingdom.
